Olivia M. Brooks is a board certified specialist in marital and family law and represents clients at trial, on appeal, and in mediations throughout Florida and Georgia. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016 and the Georgia Bar in 2017, Olivia has litigated cases in both states .

Olivia graduated from Florida State University with highest honors in 2012 before earning her law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2016, where she was recognized for distinguished pro bono service as a law student. While in law school, she competed on the Mock Trial Team, served on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and received three Book Awards for Comparative Contract Law, Depositions, and Mock Trial. She remains involved with Florida State University today, judging student competitions and appellate oral arguments for current students.

Olivia's practice spans contested and uncontested divorce, parentage, parenting and time-sharing, and child support, adoptions, alimony, and domestic violence matters. Her broad litigation background gives her a steady, versatile approach to family law disputes, whether the goal is a negotiated resolution or a courtroom outcome.
